Hi-Acts presents Space Services at RADECS 2025 in Munich

Radiation, Space, and Research in Dialogue – Hi-Acts at the RADECS 2025 Exhibition

A week full of exchange, innovation, and insights: At RADECS 2025 in Munich – Europe’s leading conference on radiation effects in electronics and systems – Hi-Acts proudly participated as an exhibitor for the first time.

Our colleagues Anna Anochin and Paul Harten introduced the brand-new Hi-Acts Space Services program, offering industrial beam time at the GSI Helmholtz Centre for Heavy Ion Research and Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin (HZB). The initiative aims to facilitate industry access to advanced accelerator infrastructure, supporting applications in space technology, electronics, and materials research.

The high level of interest and the many in-depth discussions at our booth underscored the strong demand for collaboration at the interface of science, industry, and space applications.

During the poster session, inspiring discussions also emerged around Alina Dittwald’s (HZB) contribution on Irradiation Research at HZB, highlighting the crucial role of interdisciplinary exchange in advancing innovation in radiation research and space technologies.
