On November 21, 2024, Hi-Acts had the privilege of presenting at the annual status seminar of the Helmholtz Innovation Platforms, hosted at GEOMAR in Kiel. Alongside other platforms such as SOOP and SolarTAP, we shared exciting progress and breakthroughs from our cross-sector initiative.

This
year, we highlighted key achievements and use cases that showcase the impact of
accelerator-based technologies across industries. Some of the highlights include:

1.    Collaborating with a Leading Industrial Partner: Together, we’re pioneering innovations in laser
and optical applications.

2.    Advancing Sustainable Radiotheranostics: We’ve made significant strides in the production
of radionuclides, reshaping the future of medicine.

3.    Exploring Aerospace Innovations: Through new cross-Helmholtz initiatives, we’re
developing a tailored testing environment for space electronics.

4.    Enabling Hydrogen Infrastructure Development: Our accelerator-based analytics are driving new
possibilities in the hydrogen sector.

These examples reflect the diverse and far-reaching potential of accelerator
technologies across industries, emphasizing the transformative power of
Hi-Acts’ approach.

Our joint exhibition at the seminar provided a closer look at ongoing projects and
the cutting-edge Hi-Acts technology labs, facilitating dynamic exchanges with
platform representatives and seminar attendees. Industry partners also shared
their experiences, shedding light on how Hi-Acts has accelerated their
collaboration and innovation efforts.

Looking forward, we are excited about the next chapter in our journey. In 2025, the
evaluation of Hi-Acts will be a pivotal milestone, setting the stage for even
greater growth and impact.
